A couple of weeks ago, Tecno launched the Tecno Phantom X as its first premium smartphone. It is now available for purchase in emerging markets like Nigeria and Kenya.
Tecno Phantom X Specs and Features
The Phantom X features a 6.57-inch S-AMOLED FHD+ display that offers a 19.5;9 aspect ratio and a 90Hz refresh rate. It is the company’s first phone to feature a curved edge display and an in-display fingerprint sensor.
As for the camera section, it has a 48-megapixel (main) + 8-megapixel (ultrawide) dual selfie camera setup. The back panel of the phone has a 50-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens with a 120-degree FOV, and a 13-megapixel portrait snapper with quad-LED flash.
The Phantom X is driven by the Helio G95 chip and it boots to Android 11 OS, which is overlaid with company’s HiOS skin. The handset offers users with 8 GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. The phone supports 33W rapid charging for its 4,700mAh battery. It offers other features like liquid cooling technology, a USB-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone slot.
Tecno Phantom X Price In Nigeria
The Tecno Phantom X costs NGN 228,000 (~$555) in Nigeria while fans in Kenya can get it for KES 49,999 (~$460). It can be purchased in two colors such as Starry Night and Monet Summer.
